First, a little background about us. Wandsworth Mediation Service (WMS) is a Civil Mediation Council accredited commercial mediation provider. Founded by Stephen Ruttle QC, we are supported by a team of qualified and highly skilled professional mediators with experience in commercial, employment and property law.

80% of the cases we mediate settle and all fees generated from commercial mediation are put towards our charitable work in community mediation. Our fees are in line with the National Mediation Helpline fee structure (PDF).
